Consisting of customer service and four specialized service (safety management, greening maintenance, environmental cleaning, and engineering maintenance), the basic property management has formed a high concentration and wide coverage of property management service scale, with the whole domain covering first, second, third, and fourth-tier cities, among which the chargeable management area in first and second-tier cities accounted for 46.2%. Launched property service robot + intelligent management system + full value chain service system to meet digital service needs in community scenario.
