Recently, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), an internationally authoritative investor index compilation company, released the latest ESG Rating results, in which Country Garden Services received an A-level rating once again. This marks Country Garden Services' achievement of having been winning an A-level rating for four consecutive year since the company was listed.

Compared with last year, Country Garden Services's comprehensive scores have increased by 0.6 points. Specifically, the scores on environmental, social, and corporate governance aspects have increased, which are above the industry average.

It is worth mentioning that in addition to MSCI, the other two authoritative ESG Rating agencies (S&P and Sustainalytics) that have high market acceptance and a complete ESG evaluation system, have also unanimously affirmed Country Garden Services.

Sustainalytics, whose ESG Rating covers more than 14,000 companies around the world, gave Country Garden Services a 'low-risk' ESG Rating and a score of 10.5/100 (the lower the score, the better the performance) to acknowledge Country Garden Services's outstanding performance in major ESG risk assessment and management. S&P also gave Country Garden Services a score of 27/100, making it rank in the top 23% of the industry.

The rating scores from the three authoritative ESG Rating agencies suggest that the market highly recognizes Country Garden Services's ESG management level while also validating the company's long-term investment value.
