Country Garden Services Explores New Modes to Promote Community Public Welfare
Nowadays, community public welfare activities have become important methods for people to get involved, and some communities and companies have taken the lead to explore new modes of community public welfare. Recently, Country Garden Services cooperated with the Special Fund for Youth Ecological Environment Education of China Charities Aid Foundation for Children (CCAFC for short) to initiate the 'Rainbow Project-Mount Qomolangma Charity Trip' event in Tibet. This event, taking advantage of creative projects including 'Environmental Protection Angels' and 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors', aims at popularizing ecological environment protection knowledge to all Chinese teenagers, thus assisting in ecological civilization construction. Meanwhile, it is also a new exploration for Country Garden Services to promote community public welfare.
In early July, the 'Rainbow Project-Mount Qomolangma Charity Trip' event visited a local primary school in Tibet.
Established China's first
'Environmental Protection Angel Voluntary Service Team'
From July 1st to July 5th, the 'Rainbow Project-Mount Qomolangma Charity Trip' event was successfully held in Tibet's Niangre Primary School and Jiacuo Country Primary School. At the first event in Niangre Primary School, Ba Zhu, deputy mayor of Lhasa's Chengguan District and secretary of the Party Committee of Lhasa's Education Bureau, participated in the event with more than 1,000 teachers and students from the whole school. Around 30 charity persons and property owners of Country Garden Services also attended the event, including Xu Binhuai, deputy general manager of Country Garden Services; Li Gang, director of the Special Fund for Youth Ecological Environment Education of CCAFC; Xu Tangsheng, former secretary of the General Editing Office of CCTV; Xu Bing, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; and Chai Yunlong, men's Tai Chi champion of the 12th World Wushu Championships and Charity Ambassador of CCAFC.
At the event site, Xu Binhuai, deputy general manager of Country Garden Services, initiated the establishment of the first 'Environmental Protection Angel Voluntary Service Team', and 20 primary school students from Niangre Primary School were elected as the first batch of 'Environmental Protection Angels'. In their daily lives, these 'angels' will guide people around them to actively pay attention to ecology and protect the environment with actual deeds.

According to reports, CCAFC is going to select one million primary and middle school students enthusiastic about ecological environment protection throughout the country to serve as 'Environmental Protection Angels' through the Ecological Campus Action Plan. As expressed by Xu Binhuai, deputy general manager of Country Garden Services, through this selection, campus environmental education could be enhanced, and more children could be led to learn ecological environment protection knowledge and practice ecological environment protection ideas under the guidance of 'Environmental Protection Angels'. In the future, Country Garden Services will work with the Special Fund for Youth Ecological Environment Education of CCAFC to launch more ecology-themed environmental protection public welfare events to fully support the future development of the 'Environmental Protection Angel Voluntary Service Team'.
Led more owners to participate in public welfare
with 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' as models
Country Garden Services has been not only actively practicing public welfare in the company, but also taking root in the community and exerting the power of owners. By advocating the public welfare culture in the community and company, and jointly setting up public welfare organizations, we are calling on every owner and employee to practice public welfare in a proper way.
Before the 'Rainbow Project-Mount Qomolangma Charity Trip' event was officially launched, Country Garden Services issued a recruitment for 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' to all owners through online platforms. Eventually, four owners were selected as 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' by owners participated in the event to promote community public welfare. It is learned that 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' will serve as an essential carrier of Country Garden Services's community public welfare, allowing each owner to take this role and set an example for more owners and families to participate.
Community Public Welfare Ambassador' Miss Pan told us, the selection of 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' provided owners with the opportunity to represent their own communities and communicate with more owners and public welfare enthusiasts, and was hopeful in attracting more owners to be engaged in public welfare events.
During the event, Country Garden Services's 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' and employees formed the 'Country Garden Service Environmental Protection Voluntary Service Team'. The volunteers not only acted as 'Mount Qomolangma cleaners' to clean up the garbage at the foot of the mountain, but also held two educational and entertaining ecological environment protection lectures in local schools to share environmental protection knowledge such as garbage sorting.

With a shift from being children oriented to promoting community public welfare,
Country Garden Services is exploring a new path of community public welfare
Just as 'Community Public Welfare Ambassador' Mr. Wu said, "Environmental protection should start with children, because the impact on children can be expanded to their families." The new path of community public welfare explored by Country Garden Services is to be children oriented first, then drive the owner's family in the form of parent-child activities, and widely carry out public welfare activities in the community through collaboration. At the same time, make use of the influence of 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' and the forces of all walks of life to promote public welfare actions, realize a wider impact from the community to the society, and let more people participate in public welfare.
On the road of public welfare, Country Garden Services adheres to a strong sense of social responsibility and actively organizes, guides, and supports community owners to hold various public welfare activities. This year, a number of novel and interesting community public welfare activities have been held. For example, the '3.30 Earth-Hour Fluorescent Night Run' conveys the concept of energy saving and emission reduction with parent-child night runs; the 'Flea Market in the Trunk on Children's Day' organizes owners to sell idle items and donate the earnings to poor families in surrounding mountainous areas. Starting from children, Country Garden Services's public welfare are influencing the owner's families, guiding the whole community through setting up models, and eventually being popularized to the society, so as to move more people through public welfare energy.
As a new exploration of Country Garden Services's promotion of community public welfare, this event will work with forces from all walks of life outside the company and the community to make full play of public welfare actions' social influence. In addition, it 'brings back' the public welfare ideas and public welfare stories in these events through carriers such as 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors', thereby appealing more owners to participate in public welfare and promoting public welfare energy widely.
It is understood that in the future, Country Garden Services will continue to work with relevant government departments, non-profit organizations, and other partners to focus on public welfare in the fields of ecological environment, education, and poverty alleviation. Moreover, through the irregular solicitation of 'Community Public Welfare Ambassadors' and other forms, we will form a sustainable public welfare model with the owners. From children to families, from families to communities, and from communities to society, Country Garden Services will adopt an innovative community public welfare model to enable public welfare to be implemented and spread more widely, and pass on public welfare energy to more people, thus achieving flourishing social public welfare.
