it has become the first listed property management company to be included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index,

Also, it has been rated as Grade A by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) ESG for three consecutive years,

In credit rating, on March 20, 2020,

the company was awarded a Long-term Foreign Currency Issuer Credit

of Investment Grade BBB- by Fitch Ratings, with a stable rating outlook.

On April 28, 2022, Country Garden Services was rated an Issuer Investment Grade

of ‘Baa3’ by Moody’s with a ‘stable’ outlook,
